No-Show Policy

 

An instructor will do his/her best to wait for a student at a designated location up to 15 minutes after the scheduled driving session start time. If the student fails to show, a $50 no-show fee will be charged. The entire driving session will be forfeited and must be rescheduled at a later time. The driving session will only be scheduled after the $50 no-show fee has been paid in full.  If the student arrives within 15 minutes, the session will start and that late time will not be made up.

Some reasons a student will be charged a $50 no-show fee:

​

• Cancellation of scheduled driving sessions not made 24 hours in advance of driving appointment

• More than 15 minutes late to a driving session

• Forgot permit, invalid/expired permit on the day of the driving session

• Do not have required glasses or corrective lenses on the day of the driving session

• Inappropriate footwear on the day of the driving session
